Sighters are at the normal time of 11 o’clock sharp, but for all those wishing to shoot, can you please be at the club around 9.30 to help set the field.  I have had a few names passed to me already of those taking part in the league match, but if you wish to shoot, please let me know as soon as is possible so that I can get the paperwork prepared in advance. Also, if you normally shoot a variety of bows, please specify which one you are going to shoot on the day.

In previous matches against the Black Lion, we have had a BBQ, and I wondered what you all thought of doing that once again? However, if the weather is inclemant, perhaps a normal post match tea would be preferable. Please let me know what you all think!

As such the rounds being shot will be York, Herefords and Bristols with sighters sharp at 10 o’clock. Although this is the qualifiers and we are expecting archers from other clubs, we really need as many Crown archers as possible to shoot. Please can you confirm your attendance via email as soon as possible, so that we know how many targets are needing to be put out.

Please be at the field at 9 am to help with field set up etc.

The following weekend we are hosting Ferryfield in the Mid Kent League match. Unfortunately the Kenyons will not be available for the league match, so again really need as many volunteers to support the club and shoot. I will be pestering you all to confirm your attendance on Saturday, but if you’re not able to attend this weekend, please let me know again via email, your availability for the league match.
